In the movie 2.0 Akshay Kumar will play the role of antagonist opposite Rajinikanth.

2.0 is made at a cost of more than Rs 400 crore, making it the costliest Indian film to date.
The broadcast rights of 2.0 have already been bagged by Zee group for an astronomical price of Rs 110 crore.
The 2.0 team had spent 40 crore on promotions.
It is the highest price ever paid for the satellite rights of a regional film.
Amy Jackson will be in the female lead role.
Akshay did his last film ‘Singh Is Bling’ with her.
Sudhanshu Pandey, Adil Hussain, Kalabhavan Shajohn and Riyaz Khan are playing an important role in the film.
Oscar winner A.R Rahman is the music composer of the film.
