India cricket Irfan Khan recently posted a picture with his wife Safa Baig on twitter. Though the couple looks adorable in the picture, some So-called-Muslim fans started criticizing Irfan for posting it. People trolled Irfan for this picture and condemned Safa for not covering her arms. Some people even condemned her for applying nail paint.
What enraged people?
- Irfan married Baig, a model from Jeddah in February and the two were blessed with a baby boy in December.
- Irfan Khan posted a picture with his wife Safa Baig on twitter on 17th
- Safa was seen wearing a burqua and covering her face with her hands in the picture.
- Comments ranged from how Irfan should have asked Safa to cover her face as it is his duty to do the same as a Muslim and as a Pathan.
- Another fan said that while it was good that she was hiding her face, it was also important that Irfan asked her to hide her arms.
