Court has ordered a FIR against Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty’s wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay Chakraborty.
Mahaakshay is being accused of rape and cheating an actress.

Mahaakshay who has worked in bollywood films like, Enemmy, Jimmy and Loot will tie knot with actress Sheela Sharma’s daughter Madalsa Sharma on July 7 2018.
He is being accused of rape and cheating and causing a miscarraige without consent of a hindi/bhojpuri actress.
The actress said that Mahaakshay made false promises of marriage and made physical relations with her.

The court said “In light of the aforesaid reasoning, I find that in the present case, prima facie, there are sufficient grounds for registration of FIR.”
The court said that the investigation is important “keeping in view the high and influential status of respondents 1 and 2 being the son and the wife of renowned and veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty”
The actress told that she was in relationship with Mahaakshay since 2015.
Mahaakshay got engaged to Madalsa few months ago.
Madalsa who debuted with the film Angle is a family friend of Mahaakashay.
