Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 is one of the most awaited shows of this year.

After announcing a bunch of upcoming shows on Twitter, Balaji head honcho Ekta Kapoor took to Instagram to share a news that made everyone cry out in joy.

TV czarina announced the remake of Kasautii Zindagii Kay and people couldn’t wait to know more.

Since the announcement, something or the other is making headlines regarding the show.

From who will play which role to what new will this reboot offer, fans have gone crazy and want to know all the latest updates.

The first teaser of the show, featuring Erica Fernandes as Prerna premiered this weekend and we can’t wait to see the show on small screen again.

And of course, after seeing her in that black salwar suit and red dupatta, people are left impatient to know who will star as Anurag.

A bunch of names have been doing the rounds for the role. Barun Sobti, Ssharad Malhotra, Angad Bedi, Mohit Raina and many more.

Recently, a portal informed that it will be played by Parth Samthaan.

However, Ekta herself cleared the air and denied the news.

Now, according to a media portal the character will be played by none other than, Shamitabh actor Abhimanyu Chaudhary.

A credible source informed them that he will be playing the role of Anurag in the show.

The model turned actor took to Instagram to share the teaser of the show and wrote,

“Looking forward… @ektaravikapoor @balajitelefilmslimited @starplus #actor #actorslife #kasautizindagiki #passion #balajitelefilms” [sic] This ‘looking forward’ surely left us eager.

Now, we can only wait for Ekta to clear the air and reveal who will be playing Anurag.
