At the premiere of Sacred games Saif Ali Khan made it  clear that conversation about work does not tire him and not just centred on son Taimur Ali Khan and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Saif Ali Khan had come down to Mumbai for a day in midst of his family vacation for attending the premiere of his web-series, Sacred Games.

After the premiere, he headed back to London.

At the event, he said,

“I prefer it this way — I would like to be in Mumbai when I am working, otherwise,

I’m happy to be on a holiday.”

Sif made it clear that promotions and event don’t tire him

if the conversation is about his work and not just centred on son

Taimur Ali Khan and wife Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Saif always don’t enjoy reading about Taimur;

“I end up being asked more about Bebo and Taimur.I have no energy for such questions.I know a lot is written about Taimur.

I too enjoy it sometimes, but I do not like making gods out of children,” said Saif.

Talking of Sacred Games, the actor stated the reason of doing the show.

He said, “I watch a lot of Netflix shows.

It’s premium stuff with great production values, and its reach is phenomenal.

With more and more people having access to the Internet,

one can well imagine how many people can watch shows on the digital platform.

This could be the biggest thing ever, this could be just the beginning.”

“I don’t mind doing a web show every year.

I did Sacred Games because it was interesting,” added Khan.

Saif will be seen playing Sartaj Singh, a seasoned,

cynical police officer in the eight-episode series that starts on 6 July.

The series also features Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Radhika Apte.
