Varun Dhawan a sensational bollywood actor who debuted back in 2012 with “Student Of The Year” is all set to impress his fans and critics with his upcoming project KALANK which is scheduled to release next year. He nowadays is busy in shooting some sequence of Kalank. Kalank which is said to be a periodic drama is being directed by Abhishek Verman and produced by Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, Hiroo Yash Johar, and Apoorva Mehta and co-produced by FOX STAR Studios.
Varun will not take a rest:
According to a source from the set it is stated that “The scene was an intense brawl sequence where Varun had to lift and throw a door at a co-actor. The lift was ill-timed, and he ended up injuring his arm badly. The team rushed to his aid and he was given immediate medical attention on set. However, the actor will not be taking a break from the shoot as Abhishek is aiming to wrap up the ongoing schedule before the onset of monsoons”. Varun was performing an action sequence choreographed under Shyam Kaushal when he injured his arm. Shooting was immediately stopped after this incident.
Despite of arm injury Varun came back:
Karan Johar the filmmaker joined the whole cast of the film Kalank just after when Varun suffered injury. Karan came to the set to have a look at shoot of a special song sequence. Varun also joined the shooting on the set so that the song gets completed on time.
Kalank is a multi- starrer movie. Varun Dhawan will be sharing screen with the very talented Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha , Aditya Roy Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, and Alia Bhatt.
Varun recently completed his shooting for the film ‘Sui Dhaaga: Made in India’ opposite Anushka Sharma which is scheduled to hit the screen on 28 September this year.
