Frank F Islam: A man among men 

Being Former President Barack Obama’s advisor who was appointed to be the General Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, even he is counted among Hillary Clinton’s strongest pillars.

At the same time, he has a very strong personal relationship with the American President Tamp, and he is considered to be the political thinker Civic Leader with the industrialist in America.

Frank, who was born in native place in Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh in 1953, later studied at the Aligarh Muslim University, took an M.Sc in Computer Science from the University of Colorado in Boulder, USA afterwards. Frank is proud to be son of India and wants to pay back to his native country and town also.

A successful entrepreneur and investor based in Washington, DC, Frank Islam founded FI Investment Group LLC (FIIG), an investment firm in 2007. He is the Chairman/CEO of FIIG which focuses on providing growth capital to emerging companies, as well as managing specialized and branded funds.

Not only he was a fundraiser for President Obama’s presidential campaign but handled political campaigns for Hillary Clinton. He is currently in several boards and committee and institutes in the US.

But Frank Islam did not forget his roots Azamgarh and comes to his village every year since 2007. He initiated Frank and Debi Islam Management Complex at Aligarh Muslim University at the cost of 13 million, for PhD in MBA and MBA.

Along with this, he is working in the field of social service by creating a big health clinic in Gauri village. Frank F. Islam, director of the Kennedy Center of Arts, had a visit to Azamgarh in February 2014 and bowed the land of his ancestors and since then comes to Azamgarh almost every year.

Dr. Frank Islam’s journey from India to the United States is one of the inspirational stories of the ‘American dream’ that many self-made Indian entrepreneurs and philanthropists in USA connect with.
